Volunteering is a great way to experience low pressure interaction. Senior centers, hospitals, shelters, food banks all need and require volunteers to work! Improving the quality of life of others is a great way to improve your own sense of accomplishment.
Just getting out there, being curious and doing or going somewhere new is a fantastic way to build your well-being. Find a new park. Learn about a new plant. Drive down a new road. Talk to a new person. Get out of your comfort zone, and live life.
